IT Recruiter / Technical Sourcer (Ad-hoc / Per Role) – US & India Talent

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Technical Sourcer to support us on a per-role / ad-hoc basis. You will be paid on a per role/position basis. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE $100 per position - 48 hours turnaround time $150 per position High urgency - 24 hours or less turnaround time After 6 months, you could be considered for a full-time role/engagement based on successful performance. This is not a full-time role. We will engage you whenever new technical positions arise. Your responsibility will be to source, screen, and qualify candidates and present them to our team. Most roles will be Technical/IT contract positions based in the United States, and candidates may need to be sourced from both the US and India markets. SCOPE When a role is assigned, you will: * Source qualified candidates for the technical / IT roles * Screen and qualify candidates for skills, experience, and communication * Conduct initial recruiter screening calls * Provide shortlisted candidates with screening notes * Once candidates are qualified, you will coordinate availability & setup interview/discussions with our our internal team (Datronix). TYPICAL ROLES Most roles are in the Data, AI, ML and Analytics ecosystem, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning / AI Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI / Data Visualization Developers, Cloud Data Engineers (Databricks, Snowflake) REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 5+ years of IT recruiting / technical sourcing experience * Experience sourcing candidates in both US and India markets * Strong understanding of technical roles (Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, etc.) and conversant in Technology to be able to screen candidates. * Strong communication skills and ability to professionally screen candidates * Access to your own recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) * Ability to screen candidates effectively * Having your own candidate database or network of technical professionals is a strong plus. * Have your own ability to make/receive phone calls/texts in the US WORK MODEL * Ad-hoc / per-role engagement * Flexible hours (US or India time depending on search) * Some roles may require urgent turnaround and quick response times * Most of our roles will be high urgency, i.e. you are expected to provide 3 to 5 strong qualified candidates within 24 to 48 hours ABOUT US Datronix Solutions is a US-based technology consulting and staffing firm focused on Data Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics talent.
