Recruiter for CPA's and EA's

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to source potential CPA’s and Enrolled Agents (EA’s) for placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of financial expertise. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring candidates meet our standards. The role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is a part-time position with a focus on long-term collaboration. Your English is critical because its important that I can understand this person. I have not had good luck in the past. I am open to starting someone at 5.00 and hour for 2 hrs per day for 5 days as a trial. I am open at that point to increase that to 6.00 or 7.00 hrly for the next 20 hours of work up to 4 hrs per day capped at 20 hrs. And reevaluate.
