Recruiter for Drybar Salon Stylists & Front Desk

A multi unit franchisee in the beauty industry seeks an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and build hiring pipelines for Stylists and Front Desk staff across DC, VA, and MD. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, Beauty schools, and other creative avenues to locate licensed and non-licenses Stylists conducting initial interviews, coordinating schedules, and maintaining candidate trackers. The ideal candidate will have proven recruiting experience in salon, spa, or hospitality, strong screening instincts, and excellent communication skills. This part-time, remote role requires ~20-25 hours/week to start, with potential to scale as new locations open.
