Summary

We need a recruiter with strong telephone closing skills to recruit caregivers and attract case managers for our home health agency. You will contact candidates, build rapport, answer questions, and help move qualified applicants through the hiring process. The ideal freelancer is confident, personable, and able to communicate clearly over the phone. Experience working with healthcare or caregiving roles is a plus. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who can help grow our team and support our agency’s hiring needs.
