Recruiter Needed: Source Virtual Assistants in Latin America I run a virtual assistant company and need a recruiter to help me source and screen VA candidates across Latin America for my clients. Must-haves in candidates: Near-perfect English (written and spoken) Basic AI understanding already in place Willing to complete our training program What you'll do: Source and pre-screen qualified VA candidates Vet for English fluency, reliability, and fit Deliver a shortlist ready for my final review To apply, tell me: your LatAm recruiting experience, how many candidates you can source per week, and your rate.
