International Talent Acquisition Specialist — APAC Sales Location: Remote (candidate may be based in China, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, or a compatible time zone) Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head of Talent Acquisition / VP of People About the Role We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to lead sourcing and hiring of top-tier sales talent across China, the Philippines, Vietnam, and India. This role is central to our global expansion strategy, and the ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of regional labor markets, cultural nuances, and sales hiring practices across Southeast and South Asia. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles in these markets — from building talent pipelines to closing offers — while partnering closely with regional sales leaders and HR to ensure a smooth, compliant, and culturally attuned hiring process. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit high-performing sales professionals (SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Country/Regional Sales Leads) across China, the Philippines, Vietnam, and India. Develop and execute country-specific sourcing strategies, leveraging local job boards, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, WeChat, JobStreet, Naukri, TopCV, VietnamWorks), university partnerships, and referral networks. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated sales hiring needs in each market. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sales team structure, and local market compensation benchmarks. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales aptitude, language proficiency, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a professional process across time zones. Coordinate with legal/HR on local employment regulations, contract types, and compliance requirements in each country. Negotiate offers and manage the closing process, accounting for local salary norms, benefits expectations, and competing offers. Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) by country. Build relationships with local recruitment agencies, staffing partners, and industry associations as needed to supplement direct sourcing. Stay current on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity in each region. Required Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring sales talent internationally, ideally across two or more of: China, Philippines, Vietnam, India. Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates using region-specific platforms and channels (e.g., WeChat/Boss Zhipin for China, JobStreet/Kalibrr for the Philippines, VietnamWorks/TopCV for Vietnam, Naukri/LinkedIn for India). Strong understanding of local employment law basics, visa/work permit considerations, and typical compensation structures in each market. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Hindi is a strong plus. Experience recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles and evaluating sales-specific competencies (pipeline generation, closing ability, negotiation skills). Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing a high-volume, multi-country requisition load. Familiarity with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and standard sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience recruiting for a SaaS, technology, or B2B sales organization. Experience partnering with offshore/outsourced sales teams or BPO-style sales operations (especially relevant for Philippines/India markets). Background working with an in-country recruitment agency or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) provider.
