Recruiter for Senior Sales Professionals

We are looking for an experienced recruiter or talent sourcer to identify and source five (5) highly qualified Door-to-Door Sales professionals. This is a sourcing-only project. You will not be responsible for interviewing, scheduling, or managing candidates. Requirements Minimum 10+ years of proven Door-to-Door Sales experience. Candidates must match the detailed job requirements that will be provided after hiring. Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing channels. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific hiring criteria. Deliverables Source 5 qualified candidates who closely match the provided requirements. For each candidate, provide: Resume LinkedIn profile Contact information (where available and appropriate) A brief summary explaining why the candidate is a good fit Recruiter Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals. Strong sourcing and research skills. Excellent communication. Ability to deliver high-quality candidates quickly.
