Recruiter for Tech Startup | $250 Per Interview + $2,000+ if Hired

We are a dynamic tech startup seeking a highly efficient recruiter to help source top talent for our growing team. You will be compensated $250 for each interview conducted and an additional $2,000 if the candidate is hired. Your role will involve identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, we would love to hear from you! CANDIDATE LOCATIONS: - THE AMERICAS - LATAM PROJECT DETAILS: 1. Find highly experienced operations managers 2. Verify they have at least 3+ years of experience (Tech / marketing industry preferred) 3. SPEAK to them to verify credentials and experience match our list of requirements. 4. Have them answer 4 - 5 basic questions about their experience on video (loom.com is fine) 5. Send us details and video to review the candidate's details. 6. We will meet with you to discuss and CONFIRM if the candidate you have is a potential match 7. IF we agree, you proceed to arrange for us to meet with the approved candidates. 8. You get an immediate $200 if they show up to the interview (We pay this whether we hire them or not) PLEASE NOTE: This is an urgent need, and we'll be working with multiple recruiters. Please only apply if you have experience in recruiting for this type of role and have a deep network of existing candidates to present within a short timeframe. We will interview approved candidates within 24 hours, and you will receive an additional payment of $2,000 USD if we decide to hire and onboard the candidate you present. Access to LinkedIn Recruiter and a large number of network connections.
