Recruiter for talent in the Philippines

I am looking for an experienced recruiter to help source and hire talent in PH. Must have experience hiring for enterprise companies and top level talent. We only hire the best of the best and the top 1% of people so you will need to be able to source, evaluate and sift through to only present the very best. Other companies may say similar, but we have a process and only hire those that are the very best. We are hiring them for customer service- but its high end service...dealing with attorneys and related to sophisticated matters and they need to coordinate detailed orders and logistics. You should speak English FLUENTLY and communicate amazingly (NO AI). You should be reliable and The people we want you to source MUST: Speak and write English amazingly (no AI) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail be extremely smart. Not average. Way above organized ability to multitask have strong confidence in themselves and self worth have integrity Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Customer-oriented mindset Have urgency Please give me your experience and what you have done for other companies. I want a detailed plan on how to source, test and know you are getting the best of the best etc. and what your methods are.
