HR Recruiter needed

Recruiting Coordinator for a Custom Home Builder (Ongoing, Part-Time) We're a custom home builder in Chattanooga, TN. I need someone to own the front half of my hiring process so I only spend time with candidates worth meeting. What you'll do: Write and post job descriptions on Indeed, Facebook groups, Craigslist, trade schools, and any other low-cost channel you know works Review new applicants daily Research each promising candidate online — verify work history lines up, flag anything job-relevant; review Facebook/Insta Run a 10- 15-minute phone screen using a script we'll build together Schedule in-person interviews with me for the ones who pass Send me a Friday report: who applied, who you screened, who's worth my time and why Requirements: Excellent spoken English — you'll be calling US construction workers on jobsites, so you need to be easily understood and able to understand them Experience recruiting hourly/skilled trades (construction, manufacturing, or similar) Experience hiring office staff Available during US Eastern business hours Comfortable making 10–20 outbound calls a week Details: 5~10 hrs/week to start. Ongoing, not a one-off. First two weeks are a paid trial on one open role.
