Responsibilities: * Source qualified candidates for multiple roles. * Conduct short video interviews to evaluate communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and overall fit. * Accurately judge each candidate’s capabilities—not just based on their resume, but on how they think, communicate, and solve problems. * Present only the strongest candidates, along with a brief summary of why they were selected. * Help fill positions quickly without sacrificing quality. Ideal Candidate: * Proven recruiting and interviewing experience. * Strong ability to read people and assess talent. * Excellent English communication skills. * Fast response times and ability to move candidates through the hiring process efficiently. * Experience hiring for customer service, operations, virtual assistants, hospitality, or Airbnb-related roles is a major plus.
