Position Summary The Recruiter – Fulfillment & Operations will own the full-cycle recruiting process for USHS’s back-end operational workforce. This role is responsible for attracting, screening, and placing top talent in roles that directly power our service delivery — including field technicians, installers, dispatchers, schedulers, and back-office support staff. This is a high-impact, results-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building reliable teams. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management Own end-to-end recruiting for all fulfillment and operations roles including technicians, installers, dispatchers, schedulers, and administrative staff Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple markets Source candidates through job boards (Indeed) Manage job postings, monitor applicant flow, and ensure timely follow-up with all candidates Screening & Selection Conduct initial phone screens and skills-based assessments to qualify candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers and operations leads Evaluate candidates for role fit, reliability, technical aptitude, and cultural alignment Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring stages in the CRM Roles You Will Hire For Field Technicians (HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Energy Efficiency) Installers & Service Technicians Dispatchers & Scheduling Coordinators Back-Office & Administrative Support Staff Operations Coordinators Qualifications Required recruiting experience, ideally within home services, construction, trades, or a high-volume operational environment Proven track record of filling skilled trade and operations roles quickly and at volume Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using Indeed, linkedin or similar platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to represent the USHS brand professionally Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously High level of english communication What We Offer Salary: $15.00 USD per hour Schedule: Hours will vary based on workload. During the initial onboarding period, expect approximately 40 hours per week due to high demand and ramp-up needs. As operations stabilize, the standard schedule will transition to approximately 10 hours per day.
