We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring efforts and help us identify, engage, and attract top talent. What You'll Be Responsible For Sourcing qualified candidates through various channels. Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews. Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process. Skills We're Looking For Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience recruiting for remote teams is a plus.
