We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Specialist to join our team and drive our talent management initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the key driver of strategic HR functions, ensuring seamless human capital management, positive employee relations, and supporting organizational growth. Duties: ▸ Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing strategies, and conducting interviews ▸ Facilitate employee orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring they understand company policies and culture from day one. ▸ Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. ▸ Support change management projects by assisting with organization design, succession planning, and strategic workforce management to adapt to evolving business needs. ▸ Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills. Responsibilities: ▸ Recruiter, screen, interview and hire qualified candidates ▸ Source candidates using several recruiting platforms ▸ Maintain accurate employee records and recruiting documentation ▸ Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and clients What we're looking for: ▸ 3–5 years recruiting software engineers, ideally full-stack/web ▸ Proven success sourcing React / Node.js / AWS / .NET / AI talent ▸ Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools ▸ Excellent English; self-motivated and reliable as a remote contractor Compensation: Per-hire fee equal to one month of the hire's salary (~8.33%), paid after a 30-day retention period.
