# Offshore IT Recruiter – ServiceNow & Technical Staffing ## Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated **Offshore IT Recruiter** to support our growing technical consulting organization. This role will focus heavily on identifying and sourcing **ServiceNow professionals**, while also supporting recruiting for broader IT and technology positions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who enjoys finding hard-to-locate technical talent, understands how to use multiple sourcing channels, and can quickly learn the skills and terminology associated with ServiceNow and enterprise IT. ## Key Responsibilities * Source qualified candidates for **ServiceNow and general IT positions** using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ServiceNow professionals across areas including: * ITSM * ITOM / Discovery / Service Mapping * CMDB * SecOps * GRC / IRM * CSM * HRSD * APM * ServiceNow Developers and Architects * Recruit for additional IT positions such as developers, engineers, architects, business analysts, project managers, and technical consultants. * Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit. * Proactively identify **passive candidates**, rather than relying exclusively on incoming applications. * Develop effective Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positions. * Maintain organized candidate records and recruiting pipelines. * Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process. * Build long-term relationships with strong candidates for future opportunities. * Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and rapidly adjust sourcing efforts as needs change. ## Qualifications * **2+ years of experience in IT recruiting or technical talent sourcing** preferred. * Experience recruiting or sourcing **ServiceNow professionals is strongly preferred**. * Good understanding of common IT roles, technologies, certifications, and technical terminology. * Strong experience using **LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms**. * Ability to perform Boolean searches and creatively identify candidates outside traditional job-board searches. * Strong written and spoken English communication skills. * Comfortable conducting initial candidate screening calls. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously. * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Ability to work effectively with a U.S.-based team and provide some overlap with U.S. business hours. ## What Success Looks Like Success in this position is primarily about **consistently generating high-quality candidates**.
