Recruiters Needed – B2B Payment Acceptance Research (LATAM)

Project type: Freelance / Contract (1 month) Location: Remote (Latin America-focused) Budget: Per successful completed interview (see below) About the Project We're running a B2B Acceptance Research study across Latin America, focused on how large enterprises accept card and non-card payments. We're looking for experienced freelance recruiters to help us identify, screen, and schedule qualified finance decision-makers for 1-on-1 interviews.(30-mins long) This is a one-month contract engagement with the possibility of extension based on performance. What You'll Be Doing - Source and recruit senior finance professionals from large enterprises across target LATAM markets - Use LinkedIn (we will cover your Premium subscription) to identify and reach out to qualified prospects - Apply our screening criteria to confirm eligibility before scheduling - Coordinate and confirm interview scheduling with recruited experts - Track outreach and recruitment status throughout the project Target Profile Company type: Large enterprises that accept payments via card and/or non-card methods, with preference for organizations that accept commercial cards DO NOT CONTACT THESE Industries:- Financial services Investment banking Fintech / Paytech Banking Insurance Financial consulting Examples of industries we ARE targeting: Construction, Wholesale & Retail, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other non-financial sectors, etc. Target job titles / personas: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) VP Finance Treasurer Accounts Receivable (AR) Director Accounts Receivable Manager Treasury Manager Controller Other senior finance leaders with visibility into receivables and payment acceptance processes Screening Criteria Recruiters must confirm the following before scheduling any candidate: Screener 1: Does your company currently accept commercial or business card payments from customers for B2B transactions? a. Yes, we regularly accept business/commercial card payments b. Yes, but only for a limited portion of B2B transactions c. No, we do not currently accept business/commercial card payments If the answer is (c), the candidate must be terminated/disqualified. Screener 2 (only if Q1 = a or b): Approximately what percentage of your B2B receivables are paid via commercial/business cards? a. Less than 10% b. 10–25% c. 26–50% d. More than 50% e. Don't know Compensation Expert honorarium: USD 75–150 per completed interview (paid directly to the recruited expert) Recruiter fee: USD 30–50 per successful, completed interview (paid to you, in addition to the expert's fee) We will provide a LinkedIn Premium subscription to support your sourcing efforts What We're Looking For in a Freelancer -Proven experience recruiting B2B/professional respondents for market research or qualitative studies, ideally in LATAM markets - Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills - Familiarity with finance/treasury job functions a plus - Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (market-dependent) and English -Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously Available for a 1-month engagement with potential for extension To Apply Please share: - Your experience recruiting for market research/qualitative interview studies (especially in LATAM) - Familiarity with the finance/treasury/AR persona -Your availability over the next month - Any relevant past project examples
