We're looking for a sharp, well-connected recruiter to help us find exceptional talent across Eastern Europe, South Africa, and Central and Latin America. The Role You'll work directly with our U.S.-based team to source and recommend candidates for roles across a range of industries — from technology and finance to media and operations. This is a remote, independent position with real ownership over your pipeline and process. What You'll Do Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates for open positions across multiple functions Deploy a mix of strategies: direct outreach, networking, job boards, referrals Collaborate closely with our U.S. office to stay aligned on hiring needs and candidate profiles Keep recruitment activity organized, tracked, and moving Share on-the-ground insights about your regional talent market What We're Looking For Proven recruiting experience, ideally across borders or with international clients Strong network and genuine knowledge of talent pools in your region Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus Self-directed, deadline-driven, and comfortable working remotely Professional, discreet, and results-focused Next Steps Full details will be shared with qualified candidates during the selection process.
