Summary

We are looking for a highly proficient, detailed oriented, VA Recruiting Assistant / Admin Assistant. Do you have experience working for US based logistics company? Are you looking for challenge? We are a Logistics & Transportation company and been in business for six + years and looking to hire the best person for our business expansion needs. You will be responsible for recruiting commercial truck drivers / Onboarding and managing all backend office work. You must be flexible with hours and must be available during US Pacific time zone business hours (10pm - 6PM Pacific). Must be fluent in english communication and very detailed oriented. only apply if you are experienced and ready to interview ASAP and available during US Pacific time zone. Responsibilities: • Work under tight deadlines and be able to handle pressure to meet the set goals • Set up weekly status calls and be prepared to present current and next weeks plan. • Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters) • Check times sheets, logs, incident reporting and various other office reports daily • Must have excellent communication skills and Office application(word, excel, ppt) • Must have experience with ATS and Indeed for full cycle recruiting o Must have go to attitude and think outside the box o Must be self starter and very organized • Prepare and post job ads online • Resume screening and initial phone screens • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates • Process background checks • Maintain candidate database • Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations) • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas) Skills • Proven experience as Recruiter / Admin Assistant or other recruiting-related role • Expert with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding) • Experience using recruiting software (Indeed) and social networks for recruiting • Ability to work independently • Strong organizational and time management skills • Great attention to detail • Outstanding communication skills • Problem-solving ability
