Recruiting Assistant / Virtual Recruiter (Remote – Latin America) Part-Time to Full-Time Remote Flexible Schedule with Required U.S. Eastern Time Availability About Us Morgan Stephens is a nationwide recruiting firm specializing in healthcare, home care, managed care, healthcare operations, accounting and finance, engineering, and administrative staffing. We support clients across multiple states and work directly with hiring managers, executives, and healthcare organizations to identify and hire qualified talent. We are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Assistant / Virtual Recruiter to support candidate sourcing, applicant follow-up, scheduling, data management, and recruiting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in Colombia or another Latin American country who enjoys working with people, technology, recruiting, and administrative support. Responsibilities • Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, databases, and online recruiting tools • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates • Contact candidates by phone, text, email, and messaging platforms • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Update candidate pipelines and recruiting workflows • Conduct reference checks and employment verifications • Assist with job posting management across multiple states and markets • Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity • Use ChatGPT and AI tools to assist with recruiting communications and candidate summaries • Support special recruiting projects and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications • Previous experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, virtual assistant, customer service representative, appointment setter, or administrative assistant • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based software • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Preferred Qualifications • Recruiting or staffing industry experience • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, or CRM systems • Healthcare recruiting experience • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies • Bilingual Spanish and English Schedule • Flexible schedule • Must be available for at least 4–5 hours daily during U.S. Eastern Time business hours • Opportunity to grow into a full-time position Compensation • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience $8-$12/hr • Performance bonuses available • Long-term growth opportunity • Flexible remote work environment To Apply Please submit: • Resume in English • Brief summary of your recruiting or administrative experience • Hourly rate expectation in U.S. dollars • Availability in Eastern Time (EST) • Description of any experience with recruiting, candidate sourcing, Indeed, ATS systems, or healthcare staffing
