Recruiting Coordinator, Candidate Outreach + Scheduling

Recode HR is a fractional recruiting firm serving US/EU startups. We're hiring a coordinator to support candidate outreach and interview scheduling. The work: drafting professional candidate emails following our internal process, managing outreach follow-ups in our ATS, monitoring replies, and scheduling calls on Talent Partner team members' calendars across time zones, including invites, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling. You'll keep candidate records current as you go. You won't be sourcing or assessing candidates, and role-specific questions are handled by the founder, who is highly responsive on chat throughout your shift. Requirements: *Strong written English, professional and warm *Comfortable using AI tools and following exact written instructions *Experience coordinating meetings or interviews across time zones * Detail-disciplined: records, timing, and checklists done exactly * Async-capable with a reliable overlap window * Recruiting coordination or scheduling experience preferred To apply: (1) one paragraph on how you use AI tools for writing today; (2) a time you coordinated scheduling across time zones; (3) include the word "cadence" in your first line.
