The Role We are hiring a Recruiting Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to own the top of our candidate funnel. This is a pure outbound role — your job is to find, engage, and qualify candidates for highly specialized nuclear and utilities positions, then hand them off to our Managing Director for technical assessment. IMPORTANT You do not need nuclear industry knowledge on day one. You need to be a relentless, organized, people-oriented sourcer who is coachable and thrives on outreach volume and pipeline activity. You will work directly with the Managing Director and Senior HR Admin as part of a small, focused recruiting team. There is no bureaucracy here — you will have direct visibility into every search we run and every placement we make. What You Will Do LinkedIn Outreach • Build and manage saved searches in LinkedIn Recruiter for 10–20 active nuclear and utilities job orders • Send 40–60+ targeted InMails per day using MD-approved templates and messaging sequences • Monitor response rates and flag underperforming searches for MD review • Maintain clean candidate disposition and activity notes in LinkedIn Recruiter Email Campaign Management (Instantly) • Manage outbound email sequences in Instantly for active job orders • Load and maintain candidate contact lists per campaign • Process all campaign replies daily — categorize, respond, and route appropriately • Flag technical questions or non-standard replies to MD before responding Cold Calling • Conduct outbound cold calls to passive candidates sourced from LinkedIn and Bullhorn database • Run structured 10–15 minute candidate intake calls using MD-approved scripts • Qualify candidates on availability, location, compensation, work authorization, and basic title fit • Immediately disqualify and log candidates who do not meet hard criteria — do not pass them forward Candidate Handoff • Prepare and submit a structured handoff note to MD for every candidate who passes the intake call • Include: name, role, current title/employer, location, comp ask, citizenship status, availability, and sourcer assessment • Track handoff status — follow up if MD feedback is pending beyond 24 hours Pipeline & CRM Management • Log all outreach activity, call notes, and candidate dispositions in Bullhorn ATS daily • Maintain an active pipeline of warm candidates for recurring role types • Resurface past candidates for new openings using Bullhorn search What We Are Looking For Required • 1–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, or outbound sales/business development • Proven comfort with high-volume outreach — you have sent hundreds of InMails, emails, or cold calls and handled the responses without burning out • Strong verbal communication skills — you can run a professional, structured phone conversation with someone who did not ask to hear from you • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable sourcing platform • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — you close loops, you log your work, and you do not let things fall through • Coachable — you will be learning a niche industry and you need to be genuinely open to feedback on your messaging, call technique, and candidate judgment Strongly Preferred • Prior experience sourcing or recruiting in a technical, industrial, or engineering staffing environment • Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS or any enterprise ATS • Experience with email outreach tools such as Instantly, Outreach, or Apollo • Ability to quickly learn and use industry terminology without needing every term explained twice While applying, include the word "URGENT" besides your full name.
