Recruiting & Interview Coordinator

We're a fast-moving talent company placing vetted professionals into roles at growing tech startups. We need a sharp, organized coordinator to own our candidate and interview pipeline end to end. What you'll do: - Build application forms for each role, with custom screening questions - Post and manage job listings across online job boards - Review applicants and move qualified ones to the next stage - Draft tailored interview questions based on each candidate's - background - Schedule and host live video interviews (strong spoken English and on-camera confidence required) - Take clean, detailed notes and enter them into our system - Help prepare candidate summaries for our clients using our templates & tools - Utilize AI to assist with work - Keep the pipeline moving and records current
