Recruiting Operations VA / Talent Sourcer

Join our team as a Recruiting Operations VA / Talent Sourcer to support our veterinary recruitment agency. You'll manage candidate communications, coordinate interviews, and maintain our CRM system. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and finding top talent for our clients. About the Role I'm the owner of a fast-growing veterinary practice in Washington State. I'm looking for a highly organized Recruiting Operations VA who can build and manage our veterinarian recruiting pipeline. Your job is not to interview or hire candidates. Your job is to consistently find great veterinarians, contact them professionally, follow up, and keep our recruiting pipeline moving. This is a long-term position with room to grow into a Recruiting Manager role if you perform well. Responsibilities Research veterinarians throughout Washington State (and eventually neighboring states) Clean and organize prospect lists Use LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, Clay, and other tools to find candidate information Verify emails and phone numbers Send personalized outreach via: Email SMS (using approved templates) LinkedIn Track every interaction in our CRM/spreadsheet Schedule calls with interested candidates Follow up multiple times with prospects Provide daily recruiting reports Tools You'll Use Experience with some or all of these is preferred: LinkedIn Recruiter Apollo Clay Google Sheets Excel CRM software AI tools (ChatGPT) Email outreach software SMS outreach platforms What Success Looks Like Every week you will: Source 150–250 qualified veterinarians Verify contact information Launch outreach campaigns Follow up with existing prospects Book qualified candidates onto my calendar Keep the recruiting pipeline completely organized Required Skills Excellent written English Strong attention to detail Recruiting or lead-generation experience Comfortable learning new software quickly Highly organized Self-managed and proactive Able to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus if you've recruited healthcare professionals, veterinarians, physicians, dentists, or other licensed professionals. Compensation Hourly. 20–40 hours per week to start. Long-term opportunity for the right person. Performance bonuses are available for booked interviews and successful hires.
