Recruiting Research Assistant for Local Massage Therapist Hiring in Columbia / Irmo / Lexington, SC

We are a small local massage and wellness spa business serving Irmo, Lexington, and the Columbia, South Carolina area. We are looking for a detail-oriented recruiting research assistant / virtual assistant to help us find local places where we can post a hiring opportunity for a Licensed Massage Therapist. This is a small business project, not a large corporate recruiting campaign. We are not looking for national paid advertising or broad job-board automation. We mainly need help researching local Facebook groups, local job boards, Craigslist, community pages, massage/spa/wellness groups, and other local hiring channels where our job post may reach licensed massage therapists in our area. The position we are hiring for is: Licensed Massage Therapist Independent Contractor / 1099 opportunity Active South Carolina Massage Therapy License required Flexible schedule Location: Irmo / Lexington / Columbia, SC area Scope of Work Phase 1: Research only Please create a spreadsheet of local posting opportunities, including: - Facebook local job groups - Facebook community groups - Columbia / Irmo / Lexington / Chapin / West Columbia groups - South Carolina massage therapist groups - Spa, wellness, beauty, or salon-related groups - Craigslist Columbia posting category - Local community job boards - Massage school job boards or career pages - Other local websites where small businesses can post hiring opportunities For each opportunity, please include: - Platform / group / website name - URL - Platform type - Location focus - Number of members, if available - Whether job posts are allowed - Whether admin approval is required - Posting cost, if any - Posting rules or notes - Recommendation level: High / Medium / Low Phase 2: Posting, only after approval After I review and approve the list, the second step may include posting the approved hiring ad to approved platforms only. Please do not post anything before I approve the platform list and final posting text. Important Requirements The hiring post must clearly state: “Active South Carolina Massage Therapy License required.” Please do not use wording such as “massage worker,” “spa girl,” “bodywork helper,” or anything that could suggest unlicensed massage work. Please do not spam groups or post in places where job posts are not allowed. Please do not contact applicants directly unless I specifically approve it. Ideal Freelancer The ideal freelancer should have experience with: - Local online research - Facebook group research - Recruiting research - Craigslist or local classified posting - Spreadsheet organization - Clear communication - Following detailed instructions Experience with local hiring, small business recruiting, spa/wellness/salon hiring, healthcare hiring, or service-business recruiting is a plus. Deliverables Phase 1: A spreadsheet with at least 25 relevant local posting opportunities in the Columbia / Irmo / Lexington, SC area. A recommended Top 10 list ranked by best fit. Phase 2, only after approval: Post the approved hiring ad to approved platforms where job posts are allowed. Provide screenshots and live links as proof of posting. Initial task is expected to take approximately 3–5 hours for research only. Additional posting work may be added after review and approval. You do not need to be located in South Carolina, but you must be able to research local Columbia / Irmo / Lexington, SC Facebook groups, job boards, Craigslist, and community posting options carefully.
