Recruiting Specialist for Hiring Process Design – Construction Project Manager Recruitment Our company is looking for an experienced talent recruiter professional to help us build a structured, scalable hiring process for recruiting new Project Managers for our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who understands both HR strategy and operational efficiency—someone who can create clear hiring workflows, strong interview frameworks, and professional templates that make our hiring process seamless and repeatable. What We Need Help With We manage a large team of Project Managers and are continuing to grow. We need an HR expert who can help us design the full hiring structure for bringing in high-quality PM talent. This includes: Creating hiring flowcharts and process maps from application to onboarding Developing interview questionnaires and candidate evaluation scorecards Building role-specific screening questions for Project Manager candidates Creating interview templates for phone screens, first-round interviews, and final interviews Designing hiring manager guides and internal decision-making frameworks Structuring onboarding templates and first-30-day success plans Recommending best practices for assessing PM skills, leadership, communication, and organizational fit
