Recruiting support specialist

We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Support Specialist to manage our recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: • Creating and posting job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards. • Monitoring job postings and responding to applicant inquiries. • Collecting and organizing all applicants into a well-maintained spreadsheet. • Screening resumes based on our hiring criteria and identifying qualified candidates. • Maintaining accurate applicant records and updating candidate statuses. • Coordinating interview scheduling when requested. • Providing regular updates on applicant volume and candidate quality. Requirements: • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job posting platforms. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
