Summary

Looking for a proactive and detail oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support both recruiting and light business development outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You should be comfortable reviewing resumes against specific requirements, creating job descriptions from notes or templates, speaking with candidates on calls, and doing targeted outreach to potential clients. Must not be reliant on AI for reviewing resumes and assessing candidates and have the ability to assess candidates. You should have an eye for quality resumes, ability to speak clearly and concisely on a call, Technical apptitude to work with SharePoint and ATS or CRMs. Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Support • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and simple tracking tools • Review resumes closely against role requirements and identify strong matches and gaps • Create and update job descriptions based on notes, templates, and discussions • Manage job postings and support scheduling of interviews • Track candidate pipelines and keep statuses up to date • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates 2. Client Outreach and Lead Generation • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to research and identify potential clients • Perform outreach to decision makers using professional, customized messages • Log outreach activities and lead information in trackers or CRM style spreadsheets • Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts, responses, and opportunities 3. Administrative and Coordination Tasks • Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation • Use SharePoint or similar tools to store documents and support simple workflows • Assist with other administrative tasks related to recruiting and outreach 4. Process Improvement • Help refine recruitment and outreach workflows for better efficiency • Suggest improvements to how candidates are sourced, screened, and tracked • Offer ideas to strengthen outreach and follow up with potential clients Requirements Please only apply if the following are true for you: • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, or in a similar role 2 yrs experience • Experience supporting hiring for IT or technical roles along with other professional roles 2yrs experience • Strong experience using LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sourcing and outreach 2yrs experience • Comfortable conducting phone or video prescreen calls with candidates • Ability to create and edit clear, accurate job descriptions • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and tasks independently • Good technical comfort, including working with SharePoint, online tools, and spreadsheets • Excellent written and spoken English and a professional communication style • Very strong attention to detail with a habit of double checking work Preferred Skills • Familiarity with government or staffing environments • Experience supporting business development or sales outreach • Prior use of SharePoint for document management and collaboration Work Schedule • Part time max 20 hrs a week, ongoing support • Flexible hours, but required to work during with US Eastern business hours to coordinate with candidates and join check in calls How To Apply In your proposal, please include: 1.
