Recruitment & Management Specialist – Field Marketing Team

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Team Management Specialist to help build and manage a team of field marketing professionals. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from finding and interviewing suitable candidates through to onboarding, managing and monitoring their performance. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit suitable field marketing professionals Advertise roles and identify potential candidates Review applications and shortlist candidates Conduct phone/video interviews Assess candidates based on communication skills, confidence and suitability for field work Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process Manage and support the field marketing team once hired Set expectations, targets and daily/weekly activities Monitor team performance and attendance Follow up with team members and ensure tasks are being completed Track visits, leads, relationships and other relevant KPIs Provide regular performance updates and reports Identify performance issues and work with team members to improve results Help build a reliable, motivated and professional field team What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, team management or sales management Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Excellent communication and people-management skills Experience managing remote or field-based teams is highly desirable A proactive and organised approach Strong follow-up and accountability skills The ability to identify good candidates and build a high-performing team Experience with marketing, sales or business development is an advantage What You’ll Be Managing The field marketing professionals will be visitng different businesses build professional relationships. Your role will be to make sure the right people are recruited, properly onboarded, supported and consistently performing.
