We’re Hiring: Sourcer / Recruitment Manager — Remote We’re looking for a Sourcer / Recruitment Manager to join our growing internal team at The Coordinators (https://coordinators.pro)! In this role, you will lead recruiting operations for The Coordinators, managing a team of sourcers and qualifiers, overseeing our ATS, and ensuring open client orders are filled accurately and on time. You will serve as the operational hub of our recruiting function — qualifying and assigning orders, tracking pipeline health, driving accountability across the team, and reporting daily on key metrics. This is a highly hands-on leadership role that requires reliability, structure, and proactive communication. The ideal candidate brings recruiting or staffing operations experience, excels at managing people and processes simultaneously, is comfortable navigating ATS platforms, and demonstrates strong organization, follow-through, and high ethical standards while driving team performance. Responsibilities Manage the recruiting team, including the qualifier, sourcers, and grey-zone reviewer, ensuring performance, accountability, and output quality across the team. Qualify and confirm incoming client orders, assign to sourcers, and ensure delinquent orders receive timely attention. Manage and maintain the ATS (RecruiterFlow), ensuring pipeline data is accurate, current, and actionable. Report daily recruiting metrics and provide visibility into pipeline health, order status, and team output. Coordinate and submit automation requests to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency. Lead contractor negotiations and support contract setup for new placements. Source and qualify candidates directly as needed to support the team and fill open orders. Drive accountability and follow-through across all open orders, ensuring no order falls behind without escalation. Identify and implement process improvements across recruiting operations as the team scales. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition operations (required). Experience managing or leading a recruiting or sourcing team. Proficiency with an ATS; RecruiterFlow experience is a strong plus. Strong ability to qualify candidates and evaluate fit across a range of roles. Experience with contractor negotiations and contract setup. Strong operational and organizational skills — able to manage multiple open orders and team members simultaneously. Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication. Proactive communicator — provides unprompted updates and flags issues before they escalate. Tech-savvy and effective in a remote work environment. High integrity and discretion in all candidate and client interactions. High ethical standards, professionalism, and respect in all team and candidate interactions. Willingness to learn, grow, and develop yourself professionally. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Pay Range: $1,400 – $1,600 per month Equipment: BYO devices
