Recruitment & Onboarding Manager

Applications that include a short Loom or video introduction will be prioritised We are looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Recruitment and Onboarding Manager to support new applicants joining our growing business. This is a people-focused role involving short onboarding calls, applicant communication, and ongoing support throughout the onboarding process. The Role Your main responsibility will be conducting approximately 10 to 15-minute Zoom onboarding calls with applicants. You should be comfortable handling multiple calls per day, with the capacity to take up to 10 calls per day when required. You will also act as the main point of contact for new applicants, helping them understand the opportunity, answering basic questions, and making sure they complete the onboarding process successfully. Responsibilities Conduct short Zoom onboarding calls with applicants Explain the role and onboarding process clearly Answer applicant questions in a friendly and professional manner Follow up with applicants who have not completed onboarding Keep applicant records and onboarding statuses organised Provide support to applicants throughout the onboarding process Communicate updates to the wider Conversify team Help improve the applicant experience over time What We’re Looking For You should be: Friendly, welcoming, and confident on video calls Comfortable speaking with multiple people each day A strong communicator with good spoken English Organised and reliable Able to follow processes and keep accurate records Comfortable using Zoom and other online tools Proactive when following up with applicants Available to work during UK business hours Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, customer support, appointment setting, or a similar people-facing role would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
