Recruitment Partner / Hiring Partner

We are looking for Recruitment Partners who can help source and screen candidates for remote Chat Moderator positions. This is a long-term partnership opportunity for recruiters, recruitment teams, or agencies that can consistently deliver qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, communities, and other recruitment channels. • Conduct initial screening of applicants. • Assess candidates' communication skills and overall suitability for the role. • Explain the basic overview of the opportunity to interested candidates. • Coordinate with applicants throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain a consistent pipeline of applicants to meet hiring targets. • Provide updates regarding recruitment progress when required. Requirements • Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or candidate screening. • Strong communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to source and screen candidates as part of a recruitment team. • Familiarity with remote work and online recruitment processes. • Ability to manage multiple applicants and maintain organized recruitment records. • Experience handling volume recruitment is an advantage. • Basic understanding of Chat Moderator, Customer Support, Content Moderation, or similar online roles is a plus. Preferred Locations • Colombia • Mexico • Peru • Brazil Compensation • $30 per successful hire who completes onboarding and remains active in Core during their first month.
