Recruitment Research & Talent Acquisition Associate (Tech / SaaS) Location: Remote Employment: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + attractive performance-based commission I’m building a specialist recruitment business focused on helping high-growth technology startups and scale-ups hire exceptional Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) talent across Europe and the Middle East. I’m looking for an ambitious, organised and commercially minded person to join me from the early stages of the business. You’ll work directly with the founder, learning modern recruitment, outbound prospecting and AI-driven workflows while helping connect outstanding candidates with some of the fastest-growing technology companies. What you’ll be doing * Research high-growth technology companies, startups and scale-ups. * Identify and research high-quality Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and GTM professionals. * Build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn and other online resources. * Personalise outreach via LinkedIn and email using templates, guidance and AI tools. * Build relationships with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication. * Qualify candidates against client requirements. * Schedule and coordinate meetings between candidates and the founder. * Maintain organised records of outreach, conversations and follow-ups. * Continuously improve messaging and outreach through testing and feedback. Tools you’ll use * LinkedIn * Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) * ChatGPT * Claude * Email * Google Workspace * CRM and recruitment tools (experience beneficial but not essential) What I’m looking for * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong research and organisational skills. * Professional communication skills. * Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity. * Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently. * High attention to detail. * A genuine interest in technology, startups and people. Ideal experience (not essential) * Recruitment or talent acquisition. * B2B SaaS or technology. * Sales or business development. * LinkedIn sourcing or outbound prospecting. * Startup or scale-up environments. Training & Development Full training will be provided to the right candidate. You don’t need to be an experienced recruiter. I’ll provide proven outreach frameworks, messaging templates, recruitment processes and coaching. What matters most is that you’re intelligent, reliable, willing to learn and enjoy speaking with people.
