Recruitment Sourcing Assistant

We are looking for a disciplined Recruitment Sourcing Assistant to support a growing international healthcare recruitment operation focused on the U.S. market. This is a sourcing and recruitment support role, not a senior full-cycle recruiter position. You will assist with identifying healthcare candidates online, organising candidate information, supporting outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. Main responsibilities: LinkedIn candidate sourcing Indeed and online job board sourcing CV/resume formatting Candidate database management Spreadsheet and ATS updates Basic outreach and follow-ups Recruitment admin support Online research Ideal candidate: Excellent written English Strong attention to detail Highly organised and reliable Comfortable working independently Experience with recruitment sourcing or virtual assistant work preferred Healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus but not required Tools/platforms may include: LinkedIn Indeed Google Sheets Gmail ATS/CRM systems This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within an international recruitment environment with long-term potential.
