HR Recruitment Specialist(From China Only)

Summary We are a Dubai-based real estate company seeking an experienced HR Professional to recruit, screen, and hire 1 Outbound Telesales Agents(Chinese and English spoken) who will generate qualified seller/buyer leads through cold calling. Outbound Telesales Agents job will be a remote job, work from home. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in recruiting sales professionals, preferably within the real estate, insurance, banking, telecommunications, or other outbound sales industries. This is a project-based assignment with a clear objective: successfully recruit and onboard 1 qualified telesales agents. Training and onboarding will be provided by our company. Key Responsibilities Recruitment • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms. • Source and attract qualified outbound telesales professionals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. • Verify candidates' outbound sales experience. • Shortlist qualified candidates for final interviews. • Coordinate the hiring process until successful onboarding. • Successfully recruit and hire 2 Outbound Telesales Agents within the agreed project timeline. Candidate Requirements The HR Manager should recruit candidates who have: • Minimum 1–2 years of outbound telesales or cold-calling experience. • Proven experience selling products or services over the phone. • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills (additional languages are an advantage). • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. • Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs. • Professional attitude and positive work ethic. • Experience using CRM systems is preferred • Candidate should have there own laptop and headphone. Deatiled job depscription if needed will be shared to the applicant. Experience in any of the following industries is preferred: • Real Estate • Banking • Insurance • Financial Services • Any outbound sales environment Project Deliverables The successful HR Professional will: • Source qualified candidates through appropriate recruitment channels. • Present a shortlist of suitable candidates for interviews. • Ensure candidates meet the required experience and communication standards. Note: Training, onboarding, product knowledge, and sales process training will be provided by our company. Project Timeline Applicants should provide a proposed timeline for completing the project. Applicants should tell how much time they need to find 2 candidates and how much will they charge for this project. Required Qualifications • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Experience recruiting sales professionals. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Experience recruiting outbound telesales teams is highly preferred. • Experience recruiting within the UAE market is an advantage. • Real estate recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
