Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and commercial positions across the USA, India, UAE, and French markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international technical recruitment, particularly within engineering, industrial automation, energy, oil & gas, or related industries. The role will focus heavily on sourcing and hiring specialized talent such as Control System Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Sales Specialists. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple geographies, understanding different talent markets, engaging passive candidates, and managing recruitment processes from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
