Recruitment Virtual Assistant/Data Entry - JobAdder & Mailchimp Specialist (8-10 hrs/week for 2 Months) I'm looking for an experienced Recruitment Virtual Assistant to help organise and optimise my recruitment business. This is not just a simple data entry role. I'm looking for someone who genuinely understands recruitment systems, enjoys creating organised databases, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. ** About the project: This project will run for approximately two months, with 8-10 hours per week. Your primary responsibilities will include: Transferring contacts from Mailchimp into JobAdder. Creating clean, accurate candidate and contact records. Tagging and coding candidates by skills, location, seniority and other relevant categories. Organising my ATS and CRM so it's easy to search, segment and maintain. Checking for duplicates and maintaining excellent data quality. Helping improve the overall structure and organisation of my recruitment database. Recommending smarter workflows and efficiencies where appropriate. The goal isn't simply to move data - it's to build a well-organised recruitment database that will support my business for years to come. ** What I'm looking for: Ideally you have: Previous experience working in recruitment or for a recruitment agency. Strong experience using JobAdder (essential). Experience using Mailchimp. Outstanding attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent organisational skills. Strong written and verbal English. The ability to work independently and ask intelligent questions when needed. A proactive mindset - if you see a better way of doing something, I'd love to hear it. ** Bonus skills: If you also have experience with any of the following, that's a huge plus: Content creation (particularly LinkedIn content) Canva Basic graphic design AI tools such as ChatGPT Recruitment marketing Candidate sourcing LinkedIn Recruiter General recruitment administration ** Future opportunities: This project has the potential to become an ongoing part-time role for the right person. Beyond maintaining and improving my recruitment database, I'd love someone who can eventually assist with: Database maintenance and ongoing data quality Content creation and scheduling Recruitment administration Candidate sourcing General virtual assistant support Helping streamline processes so I can spend more time working with clients and candidates I'm looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of the business, not just complete a one-off project. ** To apply: Please answer the following: What recruitment systems have you used?
