Recurring Manual QA Tester: Web & Mobile Budgeting App

Hi Upwork people! We're a small team building Waypoint Budget, a personal budgeting app on web, iOS, and Android. We ship updates frequently and want a detail-oriented QA tester to run a recurring test pass and catch bugs, broken flows, and visual issues before our users do. What you'll do each cycle: Work through a QA checklist we provide, covering core flows: sign up and log in, adding/editing transactions, importing transactions (CSV and file uploads), creating and editing budgets, goals, and reports. Test across devices: desktop (Chrome and Safari), mobile web (iPhone Safari and Android Chrome), and our iOS app. - Do light exploratory testing: try to break things, and flag anything confusing, slow, or visually off. - Deliver a clear written report: each issue with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual result, and a screenshot or short screen recording. Doesn't have to be too excessive, whatever is working is good as is just let me know what isn't :) You're a great fit if you: Have QA/software testing experience and a sharp eye for detail. Document bugs clearly enough that a developer can reproduce them immediately. Have access to both an iPhone and an Android device. Bonus: experience testing fintech or budgeting apps. Details: recurring engagement, roughly 3-4 hours per pass, $100 per pass. We provide the checklist, a test account, and a bug-report template. All testing uses a dedicated demo account.
