RedTrack and ExiScale Tracking Specialist Needed for Meta Ads, Attribution, and Conversion Tracking

Summary

Job Description We are looking for an experienced tracking and advertising-operations specialist with strong hands-on knowledge of RedTrack and ExiScale. We currently manage multiple advertising campaigns and need someone who can audit our setup, fix attribution issues, configure reliable conversion tracking, and help ensure our advertising accounts, websites, pixels, postbacks, and reporting systems are connected correctly. This is a practical implementation role. We need someone who can review the current configuration, identify what is missing or broken, make the required changes, test the full funnel, and clearly document the final setup. Current Environment Our setup may include: RedTrack ExiScale Meta Ads Manager Meta Pixel and Conversions API TrafficJunky Cloudflare Supabase Render Google Analytics 4 Website forms, quizzes, landing pages, and checkout flows Multiple brands and separate websites Some current concerns include: Missing or failed RedTrack postbacks Traffic sources appearing as direct traffic UTM parameters not being retained throughout the funnel Differences between website, database, and advertising-platform conversion records Pixel and Dataset configuration Separate tracking requirements for different brands and websites Verification that leads, reservations, checkouts, and purchases are recorded correctly Responsibilities The selected specialist will be expected to: Audit our existing RedTrack configuration Review the ExiScale Meta advertising setup Confirm the correct Business Portfolio, ad account, Page, Pixel, Dataset, and domain connections Configure or repair RedTrack campaigns, tracking links, conversion events, and postbacks Ensure click IDs and UTM parameters are preserved throughout the complete user journey Connect website conversions to RedTrack and the relevant advertising platforms Review Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementation Configure browser-side and server-side events where required Prevent duplicate conversion reporting Diagnose failed HTTP postbacks and API errors Reconcile conversion records between RedTrack, Meta, Supabase, Cloudflare, and the website Test landing pages, forms, quizzes, checkout flows, and confirmation pages Confirm that different brands and websites remain separated Review attribution windows and event mappings Create a clear testing and launch checklist Document the final configuration and troubleshooting process Train or guide our internal team on basic ongoing management Required Experience Applicants should have proven experience with: RedTrack ExiScale Meta Ads Manager Meta Pixel Meta Conversions API Server-side tracking Postback URLs Webhooks Conversion-event mapping UTM tracking Click-ID tracking Attribution troubleshooting Cross-domain tracking API and HTTP debugging Advertising-account and Business Manager setup Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is helpful: Cloudflare Workers Cloudflare Pages Cloudflare KV Supabase Render Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager TrafficJunky Lemon Squeezy Ecommerce or preorder funnels Quiz or game funnels Lead-generation funnels Multiple brands operating under separate advertising assets Expected Deliverables The project should result in: A written audit of the current tracking setup A list of all issues found Correctly configured RedTrack campaigns and conversion events Working postbacks for the required conversion actions Verified Meta Pixel and Dataset connections Correct UTM and click-ID persistence Successful end-to-end test conversions Reconciled reporting between the website, database, RedTrack, and Meta Separate tracking documentation for each brand and website A final implementation and troubleshooting guide A recorded walkthrough or live handoff call Confirmation that the setup is ready for campaign launch Success Criteria The project will be considered complete when: Test clicks are recorded correctly The correct traffic source and campaign are retained Leads, reservations, checkouts, and purchases appear in the correct platforms Postbacks return successful responses Meta events appear in Events Manager Browser and server events are deduplicated Conversion records match across platforms within an explainable margin Different brands do not share the wrong Pixels, Datasets, domains, or campaign data The internal team receives clear documentation Application Requirements Please include the following in your proposal: A brief summary of your RedTrack experience A brief summary of your ExiScale experience Examples of similar tracking or attribution projects Your experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API Your approach to diagnosing failed postbacks Your approach to fixing missing UTMs or click IDs Your availability Your estimated timeline Your hourly rate or fixed-price estimate Please begin your proposal with the words: “RedTrack and ExiScale” This will confirm that you have read the full job description. How do you prevent Meta browser and server events from being counted twice? Have you worked with Cloudflare, Supabase, or Render? Can you provide a written implementation guide and recorded handoff? What access would you require before beginning the audit?
