Reddit Analytics & Performance Tracking VA

We're growing on Reddit the legitimate way: by genuinely participating in communities and being helpful, not by spamming or self-promoting. We're expanding our Reddit team and want people who actually understand Reddit culture. About the role We need a detail-oriented VA to track our Reddit posting, engagement, sentiment, traffic, and performance. You'll maintain a Reddit performance tracker and help us understand which posts, comments, subreddits, and angles are working. What you'll do - Track every Reddit post and comment - Log subreddit, title, link, date, angle, account, upvotes, comments, and sentiment - Note which posts include a product mention - Track which posts drive traffic or signups when that data is available - Add UTM links where appropriate - Create weekly performance summaries - Identify winning angles - Track negative comments and objections - Maintain dashboards in Google Sheets / Airtable / Notion Tracker columns: Date; Account; Subreddit; Post title; Angle; Link; Upvotes; Comments; Sentiment; Product mention used?; Traffic; Signups; Notes; Next action What we're looking for - Very organized with strong attention to detail - Good with spreadsheets - Basic understanding of Reddit - Able to summarize data clearly - Comfortable with Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion What you'll deliver - Updated Reddit tracker - Weekly performance report - List of top-performing posts - List of weak posts - Sentiment summary - Recommended next actions Hours: 5-10 hours/week Pay: $3/hour USD To apply: Please answer the 5 screening questions below in your proposal.
