Reddit Community Engagement VA (Lead Generation – Credit Industry)

We are a 20-year-old credit consulting company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us generate leads through Reddit by providing helpful, educational responses to users seeking advice. **This is NOT spam.** We are looking for someone who understands how to build trust and engage naturally within online communities. ### Responsibilities: * Monitor targeted Reddit communities daily * Find users asking questions related to credit improvement, collections, late payments, credit scores, mortgages, and financing * Write thoughtful, helpful comments that provide genuine value * Softly position our expertise when appropriate * Encourage interested users to continue the conversation via DM * Track interactions and potential leads in a spreadsheet or CRM * Identify trending topics and frequently asked questions for future content ideas ### Target Communities: * r/CRedit * r/CreditScore * r/PersonalFinance * r/Debt * r/FirstTimeHomeBuyer * r/RealEstate * Other relevant communities as assigned ### Requirements: * Excellent written English * Experience using Reddit and understanding Reddit etiquette * Ability to sound human and conversational * Strong research skills * Ability to follow guidelines and avoid spammy behavior * Previous lead generation experience is a plus ### Daily Tasks: * Spend 20–30 minutes identifying new opportunities * Respond to 5–10 relevant posts and comments per day * Send a summary of activity completed * Track potential leads and outcomes To Apply: Please answer the following: 1.
