Reddit Community Engagement Specialist for AI SaaS Startup

We're an AI SaaS startup building tools for job seekers and professionals. We're growing on Reddit the legitimate way: by genuinely participating in communities and being helpful, not by spamming or self-promoting. We're expanding our Reddit team and want people who actually understand Reddit culture. About the role We're hiring Reddit Community Engagement Specialists to take part in relevant Reddit discussions about job searching, AI tools, career growth, recruiting, and take-home assignments. This is NOT a spam or promotion role. We need people who understand Reddit culture, write like real humans, and add genuinely helpful comments in relevant communities. You'll monitor active posts, reply to comments, join discussions, and help keep good conversations going in a natural, non-corporate way. What you'll do - Take part in relevant Reddit discussions daily - Reply to comments on assigned posts - Ask natural follow-up questions that keep conversations going - Contribute helpful, non-promotional comments - Follow each subreddit's rules and tone - Avoid corporate or AI-sounding replies - Log links to the conversations you joined - Flag useful comments, objections, and trends you notice - Lead with value first; only mention a product when it genuinely fits and the subreddit allows it What we're looking for - You understand Reddit culture and how different subreddits work - You write casually and naturally - You have an active Reddit account with karma, or can show proven Reddit experience - Strong written English - You follow instructions carefully - Comfortable with Google Sheets / Notion / Slack - No spam, no copy-paste, no obvious promotional language What you'll deliver - Daily engagement log - Links to the comments/replies you made - Short summary of useful conversations - Notes on objections, sentiment, and opportunities Hours: 10-20 hours/week to start Pay: $3/hour USD To apply: Please answer the 5 screening questions below in your proposal.
