Reddit Community Growth Specialist – FinTech/AI

We're a FinTech startup (Agentic Private Markets) building AI-native tools for Private Equity teams. We're looking for someone who has built a Reddit community or presence from zero before, and can do the same for us: growing our credibility as a trusted voice in the private markets and AI space. This is not a marketing or promotional posting job. We need someone who understands how Reddit actually works: organic growth, genuine engagement, and community trust built over time. Scope of Work Build our Reddit presence starting from zero, no existing accounts or history Identify the right subreddits where private markets, investing, AI, and FinTech audiences are actually active Write and post content that adds real value, not promotional or corporate sounding posts Engage genuinely in discussions and comments to build reputation and trust Write posts and comments reflecting real subject matter understanding of private markets and AI Track engagement, karma growth, and community response Respect each subreddit's specific rules and culture What We Need From You Real, hands on experience building a Reddit community or account from scratch, not general social media experience. Please share a specific example: what you started with, what you did, and where it ended up. A natural, conversational writing style, not brand voice Some background in or genuine interest in private markets, investing, or AI Strong written English FinTech or SaaS Reddit experience is a plus but not required
