Reddit Community & Growth Specialist (iGaming / Online Casino)

About Us We're a growing company in the iGaming industry looking for an experienced Reddit specialist who understands how Reddit works, how it can be used for promotion of products & knows how to build credibility within communities—not spam them. We're looking for someone who can help us increase our presence across relevant subreddits, identify opportunities for authentic engagement, and contribute to long-term brand awareness and organic traffic. What You'll Do Conduct complete research of the tactics that the competition uses. Research and identify relevant iGaming, casino, gambling, sports betting, crypto, and related subreddits. Build and manage Reddit accounts with a natural posting history and strong reputation. Engage authentically in discussions and provide valuable contributions. Create Reddit posts and comments that fit each community's culture. Monitor trending conversations and identify opportunities to participate. Work with our content team to promote articles, tools, or offers when appropriate and within subreddit rules. Stay up to date with Reddit algorithm changes, moderation trends, and community guidelines. Requirements Has proven experience growing Reddit accounts. Has experience working in the iGaming, gambling, casino, sportsbook, or affiliate marketing industry. Understands Reddit etiquette and knows how to avoid account bans and community restrictions. Can write fluent, natural English. Knows how to identify high-value discussions and engage in a genuine way. Is organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
