Reddit Community Manager(AI / Open Source Communities)

We are looking for an experienced Reddit Community Manager to help promote our AI product and engage with relevant communities. Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Reddit Community Manager to help us publish and engage with content across AI and open-source related communities. Responsibilities * Publish posts provided by our team on relevant Reddit communities. * Reply to comments and engage in discussions when needed. * Identify additional relevant subreddits where our content may fit naturally. * Help maintain a consistent Reddit presence and community engagement. Target Communities Including but not limited to: * r/LocalLLaMA * r/opensource * r/AI_Agents * and other AI, open-source, developer, and agent-related communities. Requirements * Strong understanding of Reddit culture and subreddit rules. * Access to multiple active Reddit accounts with established posting history and karma. * Previous experience posting in AI, developer, open-source, or tech communities. * Ability to publish content without triggering spam filters. * Good communication skills and reliable weekly availability. Workload * Approximately 5–10 posts per week. * Ongoing collaboration for the right candidate. ### When Applying Please include: 1. Your Reddit marketing/community management experience. 2. Preference will be given to candidates who manage multiple aged Reddit accounts with strong karma and an established posting history in AI, developer, and open-source communities.
