Reddit Community Manager for Chess Web App (Outreach + Native Content)

We are looking for a Reddit-savvy community manager to help grow our chess web app through authentic, value-first engagement. The product: Pawnwise is a web app that generates personalized AI coaching reports for Chess.com players rated 1000-1600. Reports analyze a real game and give plain-English coaching feedback. They're shareable as public links, no account needed to view. The work includes: 1. Native content (primary): create high-quality posts that bring real value to chess subreddits (improvement stories, pattern breakdowns, beginner guides), with the app introduced organically where it fits. 2. Personalized 1-to-1 outreach (psecondary): monitor r/chess and r/chessbeginners for "review my game" or "stuck at X rating" posts, generate a tailored Pawnwise report using our admin tool, and reply with genuine, helpful insight. 3. Comment-level engagement: participate thoughtfully in existing threads to build account credibility and naturally surface the app when relevant.
