Reddit & Community Marketing Specialist (Health & Wellness Brand)

Community Engagement & Forum Marketing Specialist We are looking for an experienced Community Engagement Specialist to help increase awareness and discussion around topics within the health, wellness, sleep, and lifestyle space. This is a long-term freelance position requiring approximately 2–3 hours per week. Responsibilities • Engage in relevant Reddit communities through thoughtful, authentic participation • Comment on relevant Facebook Group discussions • Participate in conversations under YouTube videos related to our industry • Identify trending discussions where our products or topics may be relevant • Build credibility and trust within communities over time • Create natural conversations rather than promotional content • Monitor discussions and identify recurring questions, concerns, and trends • Provide weekly reports summarizing activity and insights Important We are NOT looking for spam, mass posting, or direct advertising. Comments and discussions should feel completely natural and valuable to the community. The goal is to participate in conversations in a way that adds genuine value while increasing awareness over time. Requirements • Proven experience with Reddit marketing and community engagement • Experience participating in Facebook Groups and YouTube communities • Strong understanding of Reddit culture, moderation rules, and community guidelines • Excellent written English • Ability to write naturally in different tones and styles • Experience promoting products or brands through indirect community engagement • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision When Applying Please include: 1.
