Reddit Content Cleanup & Reputation Management Specialist

We're looking for a Reddit Content Cleanup & Reputation Management Specialist to help protect and improve our clients' reputation on Reddit. The ideal candidate understands Reddit's policies, community guidelines, and moderation processes, and has experience handling reputation-related issues professionally. Your responsibilities will include identifying harmful or misleading Reddit posts and comments, assessing content that may violate Reddit or subreddit rules, preparing reports or appeals where appropriate, monitoring brand mentions, and developing strategies to improve brand perception through positive community engagement. You'll also research relevant subreddits, communicate with moderators when necessary, and provide regular progress updates. The ideal applicant has experience with Reddit moderation, Online Reputation Management (ORM), community management, and excellent written English. Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work ethically within Reddit's guidelines are essential.
