Reddit Contributor (Native Russian) — Brand Mentions for a Dating App
Worldwide
Twinby is a Russian-language dating app. Compatibility is scored from a personality test (Big Five, built with the Higher School of Economics), the match percentage is visible before the first message, and profiles go through video verification. Around 400K monthly active users, mostly Russia and the CIS. The goal: when someone asks "what replaced Tinder in Russia", "best app for a serious relationship", "where to meet people after Badoo left" — there should be a real answer in that thread, and we should be in it where it makes sense. Those threads rank in Google and get pulled into ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. That's where we want to show up. What the work looks like: You find the threads yourself — Russian-speaking subreddits and English-speaking ones where dating in Russia and the CIS comes up. You monitor for new questions on your own keywords. We don't send you a list of links. You write answers that stand on their own. Someone who reads it and has never heard of us still gets a useful answer. You mention us where it fits and skip it where it doesn't. A deleted comment helps nobody. You keep a sheet: thread link, date, upvotes, whether the comment is still alive after 30 days, account status. Once a month you send a short report without being asked. You also collect which questions keep repeating. That feeds our content and our product. Volume: 50 comments per week to start with Requirements: Native-level Russian. Not "good" — native. The comment has to read like it was written by someone who lives in the language. LLM output is obvious from the first line, and moderators see it too. Your own accounts with real age and history. In your proposal, state the age of your oldest account and your karma range. You know the self-promotion rules of each subreddit and work inside them. Experience with removals and shadowbans: what you do when a comment gets removed, and how you avoid getting there. Not a fit if you buy karma, run bot networks, drop links into unrelated threads, or paste LLM output as-is. How we measure success: share of comments still live after 30 days, upvote ratio, Twinby appearing in AI answers for our target queries (we track this on our side), referral traffic from Reddit. Start: paid one-month trial. If the mentions hold and the accounts stay clean, we move to a monthly retainer. In your proposal, send: Three links to comments or posts you wrote for a client — we're judging tone, not karma. Which subreddits you'd target for us and why. Account age and karma range. Your rate and preferred payment format (hourly / per comment / monthly).
