Reddit Growth Marketer

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands Reddit and knows how to build a brand presence the right way. This is not a typical social media role. We’re not looking for someone to spam links or chase quick wins. We want someone who understands Reddit culture, can build credibility within communities, grow high-karma accounts, and create authentic conversations that increase awareness of our brands over time. You’ll be responsible for identifying relevant subreddits, participating in discussions, creating engaging posts, building account authority, monitoring conversations, and finding opportunities to naturally generate brand awareness and mentions where appropriate. We’re looking for someone who has real experience growing Reddit accounts, understands what works (and what gets you banned), and can think strategically about long-term community building.
