Reddit Keyword Monitoring & Online Reputation Assistant

We're an AI SaaS startup building tools for job seekers and professionals. We're growing on Reddit the legitimate way: by genuinely participating in communities and being helpful, not by spamming or self-promoting. We're expanding our Reddit team and want people who actually understand Reddit culture. About the role We're looking for a Reddit Monitoring Assistant to track brand mentions, competitor mentions, and relevant conversations across Reddit. You'll monitor keywords related to our AI SaaS product, our competitors, recruiting, and job searching. When a relevant conversation shows up, you'll log it, summarize the context, and recommend whether we should reply. This is a research and monitoring role: you will NOT spam communities or post promotional comments. Your job is to find the right conversations early and help us respond appropriately. What you'll do - Monitor Reddit keywords daily - Track brand mentions and competitor mentions - Find relevant threads sorted by "new" - Log high-intent conversations in a tracker - Flag negative comments or reputation risks - Draft suggested human-sounding replies for our team to review - Keep an eye on our main competitors in the space - Send urgent alerts when an important post appears Keywords to monitor: our brand name, AI SaaS tools, competitor products, job-search topics, and recruiting topics (we'll share the full keyword list with the hire). What we're looking for - Strong Reddit research skills - Good judgment on what's worth replying to - Strong English reading and writing - Able to organize links clearly - Comfortable with Google Sheets / Notion / Slack - Able to summarize conversations quickly What you'll deliver - Daily keyword monitoring report - List of relevant Reddit threads - Suggested replies when needed - Sentiment notes - Competitor mention log - Urgent alerts for negative or high-value mentions Hours: 10-15 hours/week Pay: $3/hour USD To apply: Please answer the 5 screening questions below in your proposal.
